📝 Evidence Conclusion Page

Students write a short conclusion page for their notebook that answers their investigable question, names whether their hypothesis matched the evidence, and explains one limitation using a structured template. They must include at least three pieces of evidence from Bernheim observations, research notes, graphs, or model labels. The page ends with one next question they would investigate if they had more time.
