Students will enter the project through a brief kindness-making launch, act out welcoming a market visitor, and share how giving feels using emotion pictures.

Students will gather simple community input with picture-supported interviews and observation, sort what makes visitors feel welcome, co-create an empathy plan for the farmers market, and choose class roles for the next making phase.

Students will test simple kindness gift ideas with classmates and adults, use gestures, emotion pictures, and brief oral feedback to decide what feels most welcoming, revise their prototypes, and share one refined choice for the farmers market table.

Students will share their finished kindness gifts with an authentic audience at the farmers market table, use simple greetings and gestures to welcome visitors, and reflect on how giving kindness feels by speaking or pointing to emotion pictures.
