Teams create their Maps and Voices station draft using chart paper or slide templates, a student-made regional map, labeled satellite images, place-based photographs, and 3 to 5 source snapshots. They compose a concise station explanation and speaker notes that answer who is affected, who has decision-making power, and why the case matters. Students must also include a visible section for limitations and new questions.
