Students synthesize interview notes into a structured empathy map (Says, Thinks, Does, Feels) and a two-column Observation/Inference log. They highlight economic vocabulary (e.g., opportunity cost, equilibrium, fiscal policy, comparative advantage) directly connected to user evidence. The session ends with a 5-minute written reflection on how user evidence challenged or refined their initial assumptions about their topic.
