Teams display their empathy maps, challenge maps, and user needs summaries for a gallery walk focused on safety, wellness, sustainability, and community connection. Classmates leave sticky-note feedback naming one strong evidence point, one missing perspective, and one assumption that still needs checking; teams review the notes and revise their empathy artifacts before moving on. The teacher uses the revised artifact as a milestone check for readiness to define the problem.
