🎤 Forecast Segment Peer Tuning

In forecast teams, students assemble their weekly weather station segment using their graphs, conclusion pages, climate picture charts, and comparison notes to the TV forecast. Each team gives feedback to 2 peers, receives feedback, and revises using a checklist focused on evidence, speaking clarity, and whether the safety recommendation is justified. A second quick practice round lets teams test improvements before final polishing.
