🌦️ Forecast Fest Weather Station

Students host the final weather station for families, staff, or younger students and present their weekly-style forecast segment as a polished team assessment. They explain how the class gathered evidence, show local weather patterns in tables and graphs, compare their prediction with the Mid-Hudson Valley TV weather reporter’s forecast, and share a recommendation for safer recess, arrival, or dismissal. The phase closes with a whole-class weather-circle exit talk where each student shares one science fact, one way they helped the class plan for the day, and one feeling they noticed during the project.
