🗂️ Weather Notebook Setup

Content Expertise Self Directed Learning Critical Thinking & Problem Solving Collaboration Effective Communication ESS.2.D 3-ESS2-1 Submission Required

Students set up their Weather Investigation Notebook with sections for observation logs, question pages, source notes, and graph-ready tables, then practice using class symbols and headings consistently. In pairs, they share one investigable weather question from a short menu, give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, and revise the question so it can be checked with class observations and forecast evidence later in the project. The session ends with a weather-circle exit talk in which each student shares one science fact, one way they helped the class plan for the day, and one feeling they noticed.
