Teams cluster interview notes into an empathy map with sections for what players say, think, do, and need, then write a How Might We statement for their bird flu game. Using index cards, a board sketch, and token rules, they build a quick model showing spread tokens, prevention cards, and one changing condition. Teams then give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, revise, and submit an empathy map plus a first system model draft that can guide the final game design.
