🎤 Story Walk Speaking Moves

Students rehearse a 60–90 second gallery talk that names their narrative’s turning point, one mentor-text craft move they used, and one symbol on their piñata or vision board. The teacher models clear voice, eye contact, and how to answer visitor questions with evidence from drafts, annotations, and revision notes. Students use cue cards to practice concise speaking for an authentic audience.
