With support from visual examples and symbolism prompts, students sketch two possible piñata concepts and begin a small process vision board with keywords, colors, textures, and one mentor-text connection. They compare which symbol better communicates the story's challenge or growth moment to an outside viewer. A short partner check helps them refine which design idea is easier to understand.
