🧾 Revised Prototype and Iteration Log

Teams revise their draft exhibit based on peer feedback and complete a simple iteration log with what changed, why it changed, and what evidence supported the revision. They add or correct labels, visuals, explanations, and interaction steps so the prototype is ready for formal testing in the next phase. The teacher reviews logs as a milestone gate for progression.
