🧭 White Paper Moves Mini-Lab

Students study 2 short model white paper excerpts and one stakeholder briefing example to identify claim, subclaims, counterargument, evidence integration, and audience-aware recommendations. Using highlighters, annotation codes, and a shared class anchor chart, they mark the moves they will need in their own draft. The session ends with a quick plan for which section each student will draft first.
