Teams present their tentative issue, claim, stakeholder audience, and early evidence map in a brief round-robin. Each student gives feedback to 2 peers, receives feedback, and revises the topic direction using SWOC notes and a next-step planner. The teacher checks whether the claim is researchable, evidence-based, and narrow enough to move into drafting.
