🧭 SWOC White Paper Tuning

Students bring a current white paper draft, source-to-claim evidence map, and revision tracker to a structured critique circle. In triads, each writer gives feedback to 2 peers and receives feedback using the white paper rubric and a SWOC protocol focused on claim clarity, evidence quality, stakeholder trade-offs, and counterargument strength. Writers end by selecting 3 revision moves and logging them in the tracker.
