Using the clue sort from the previous session, pairs draft one investigable question and a possible hypothesis about culturally competent leadership at Taconic Hills. Students give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, and revise their question so it can be answered with interviews, observations, or circle evidence rather than opinion alone. The teacher confers briefly with each pair to approve or refine the final question before they move on.
