Teams submit a final Phase 2 planning packet: storyboard, testable question, hypothesis, fair-test procedure, controls, measurement plan, and data table. In a short teacher conference, students defend how their plan addresses force sum or mass and how they will keep records during trials. Teams must meet the milestone criteria before entering the full testing phase.
