Teams revisit school spaces with clipboards, tally sheets, and simple floor maps to look for repeated patterns such as lights left on, warm or drafty spots, devices plugged in, and doors affecting heating or cooling. They add counts, sketches, and short notes to a shared evidence board. The class then clusters observations into categories to see which patterns appear most often.
