👥 End User Overview

Students use a simple persona card and evidence sorter to identify the end user most directly impacted by their possible solution, such as a classroom teacher, students in a hot room, or families affected by pollution. They describe the user's needs or values, the impact they hope their solution will have, and the best ways to reach or learn from that user. To complete the session, students draft 3–5 Inquiry Questions that include multiple perspectives and can guide research in the next phase.
