Students identify claims they are making about community interest, shelter capacity, audience behavior, and outreach effectiveness, then test whether each claim is supported, weakly supported, or unsupported. They create a tracker that names what must be true for an event idea to work and what additional evidence is needed. This becomes a bridge between empathy findings and the next design brief phase.
