Each student creates an empathy map for one primary stakeholder using their own research portfolio, interview notes, and observation records. The draft includes what the stakeholder says, thinks, does, and feels, along with barriers, motivations, and event-related risks. Students attach short evidence tags so later design choices can be traced back to real user input.
