🧩 Mystery Creature Lab

Teams rotate through animal evidence packets with photos, structure sketches, behavior notes, and short zoo video clips to place animals into tentative groups and defend each choice aloud. The teacher records emerging criteria words such as taxonomy, adaptation, behavior, and observation while students test quick claims against visible evidence. Each student captures at least one surprising observation and one classification question in the Animal Classification Research Notebook.
