👥 Stakeholder Needs Affinity Map

Teams review student survey data, interview notes, and campus user observations, then cluster stakeholder needs into themes such as outdoor learning, restoration, quiet reflection, safety, and gathering space. They use a template to separate needs, wants, and constraints for at least two stakeholder groups. Each team drafts a first version of a community-centered problem statement that includes both human and ecological concerns.
