🛠️ Project Plan Drafts and Artifact Prototype

Teams draft the first full versions of their two project plans and build at least one interactive artifact such as a student-facing launch experience, community interview tool, critique protocol, or partner feedback structure. Midway through the work session, each participant gives feedback to 2 peers, receives feedback, and revises using a shared critique record; teams then complete a second short feedback pass with another team before updating version notes. By the end, participants submit draft plans, the prototype artifact, and a revision tracker that ties changes to critique notes and Charlottesville field evidence.
