🛠️ Project Plan User Testing

Teams run a structured testing round on both community-connected project plans and their interactive artifacts with colleagues and invited partners from UVA School of Education or local organizations, as available. Each participant gives feedback to 2 peers, receives feedback, and revises notes in a version tracker while reviewers try the launch experience, interview tool, critique protocol, or other artifact. Teams collect rubric scores, direct quotes, and observed points of confusion before identifying immediate revisions for the next phase.
