🧱 Shape Build and Buddy Revise

In pairs, students choose one community object from the class chart, such as a police car window, fire truck ladder shape, theater sign, or dance floor pattern, and build it with sticks, clay balls, blocks, or recycled materials. Pairs give feedback to 2 peers using sentence stems like “I notice…” and “Can you try…,” then return to revise one part of their model so it better matches the photo or drawing card. The teacher uses a picture rubric checkpoint to confirm each pair has a shape match, one revision, and a short oral explanation of what changed.
