Teams study their Phase 3 prototype notes, scale drawings, and measurement tables to find where the model missed the stated criteria or constraints. The teacher models one example of tracing an error from ruler measurement to area/perimeter calculation to blueprint mismatch, then students mark at least two issues on a revision planner. Each team identifies what failed, why it happened, and which fix should happen first.
