🧭 WWI Decision Question Sort

Students examine sample inquiry questions about conscription, propaganda, rationing, censorship, and trench command decisions, then sort them by strength using criteria for scope, evidence availability, and connection to both soldiers and civilians. The class builds a shared anchor chart for what makes a question investigable in this project.
