🧭 Motivation and Challenge Sort

Students sort collected quotes, image details, and oral-history excerpts onto a two-column chart for motivations and challenges, then add a third layer showing effects on soldiers or civilians. Pairs compare two leaders or two source perspectives and note where evidence agrees, conflicts, or leaves gaps. This prepares students to move from collection to comparison without jumping to a final claim.
