🗺️ Regional Roots Celebration

Critical Thinking & Problem Solving Submission Required Grading Required

Teams set up their region evidence gallery with labeled maps, artifacts or photo cards, short captions, posters, and movable pieces for the interactive U.S. map. During the showcase, students stand at their region corner, give a brief talk, answer visitor questions, and use cardinal and relative location language to explain where the region is and how land, climate, and resources shape work, housing, food, or travel. Midway through the event, students complete a peer feedback round by visiting 2 other displays, leaving one sticky-note strength and one question at each, then returning to revise one caption, map label, or evidence strip before the final presentation round.
