🧭 Mystery Region Evidence Map

Critical Thinking & Problem Solving Submission Required

Students rotate through a fast-paced whole-class launch using region clue cards with photos, short weather reports, crop examples, building images, and labeled U.S. maps. In small groups, they sort clues, name a likely region, and explain which landforms, climate, or resources support their thinking. A park ranger, meteorologist, or Native community representative then shares 1-2 brief examples of how people adapt to regional environments, and students add one sticky note to the class map-based reflection gallery answering an essential question.
