Individually, students write 3-5 investigation questions that will guide research in the next phase about waste patterns, decomposition, plant growth, ecosystem effects, and user needs. Students then give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, and revise their questions so they are specific, researchable, and connected to evidence from this phase. Final questions are submitted in a notebook or digital form.
