👥 End User Overview

Students work in pairs to identify the end users most directly affected by a school compost system, such as cafeteria staff, student sorters, gardeners, or classes using plants grown with compost. They create a short profile with user needs, values, likely concerns, and the impact they hope the project will have. Pairs use an empathy chart and check assumptions against the available stakeholder evidence instead of guessing.
