🗂️ Empathy Map and HMW Brief

Using sticky notes or a digital board, students cluster interview evidence into themes such as strengths, values, fears, supports, and future goals. They create an empathy artifact that traces each theme back to quotes or notes, then draft three possible How Might We statements and choose the strongest one based on user desirability and relevance to their next chapter. In the last segment, students sketch two or three possible narrative directions their origin story could take without writing a full script yet.
