Then pairs sort teacher-provided investigable question cards into 'can check with maps and artifacts' or 'needs more evidence' before each student writes the week 1 class region journal reflection. Students give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, and revise one notebook question or label before turning in their journal entry.
