🗺️ Kentucky Region Quest Day

Students rotate through short stations with Kentucky maps, cardinal direction cards, fossil replicas, artifact photos, and regional image sets from the partner museum. In small groups, they record observations in the Kentucky Region Investigation Notebook about landforms, rivers, resources, jobs, and daily life, then add one note comparing colonial and modern movement or one note about people connected to early Kentucky. The class closes by naming the driving question and previewing the regional inquiry poster.
