🧭 User Need to Design Criteria

Students revisit their evidence-based How Might We statements, user interview notes, and NYC fast fashion research to identify design criteria and constraints for a repurposed textile item. The class sorts examples of criteria such as durability, comfort, low cost, low waste, and message clarity, then teams create a short design brief for NYC teen users. Students use a simple decision matrix to connect user needs to material and function choices.
