📓 Stewardship Journal and Team Norms

Students start their project journals with a labeled drawing or voice recording that answers: What did I notice in the marsh, and how can we work together to care for it? The class then co-creates simple teamwork norms with picture icons for listening, sharing materials, taking turns, and solving disagreements, and groups choose one norm they will practice first. The teacher introduces how journals will be updated weekly and checks that each student can explain the driving question and one way to gather evidence in later phases.
