📝 Solver Needs Insight Board

Small groups sort notebook notes, peer interview evidence, and expert feedback into categories such as clear directions, visual clues, fair challenge, and satisfying patterns. They create an empathy artifact with a simple solver persona, a needs-and-frustrations chart, and a list of design assumptions to test in the next phase. Groups then give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, and revise their board before submitting it as the phase checkpoint.
