📖 First Recipe Card Draft

Teams create a first-draft recipe test card and matching cookbook page for one seasonal dish. The draft includes a title, ingredient list with plant-part labels, numbered steps, a note about where at least one ingredient comes from, and a journal page with tasting or harvest evidence from earlier experiences. Midway through class, students give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, and revise unclear directions or missing labels before submitting the draft.
