📋 Recipe Direction Design Brief

Each team selects one promising concept and turns it into a one-page design brief for the next phase. The brief includes the chosen recipe idea, seasonal ingredient choices, criteria and constraints, needed materials, and a simple plan for what they will test first when drafting. The teacher conducts short conferences and approves teams that can justify their choice with evidence from tasting notes, farm observations, and the decision matrix.
