🧠 Seasonal Recipe Criteria Sort

Using farm notes, tasting journal pages, and a teacher-made criteria/constraints card set, the class sorts possible cookbook ideas by what makes a recipe strong for the project: seasonal ingredients, simple steps, clear plant-part connections, and realistic tools. Students practice the difference between criteria and constraints, then add a short criteria box to their journals that will guide later choices.
