Students use their project journals, recipe test cards, farm visit notes, and tasting records to complete their final cookbook page and reflection entry. In a structured peer feedback round, each student gives feedback to 2 peers, receives feedback, and revises for accuracy, labels, and evidence. The teacher confers briefly with teams to confirm that each page includes science vocabulary, seasonal ingredient evidence, and a clear explanation of ingredient choices.
