Critical Thinking & Problem Solving Submission Required

Using photographs, advertisements, maps, oral history excerpts, and one short secondary text from library or archive sets, students practice corroborating what California promised or offered in different eras. They compare source origin, purpose, and limitations, then test which combinations of sources are strongest for answering migration questions. Students annotate a model evidence log they will use in the next phase.
