📍 Chronology and Cause Map

Using date cards, maps, and existing timeline tiles, teams rebuild their era sequence and add arrows showing cause-and-effect links across the Gold Rush, Dust Bowl, Bracero Program, Great Migration, and Old Hollywood. Students compare which opportunities changed, continued, or overlapped and note any anomalies that do not fit their first interpretation. The map becomes a visual test for whether the mural tells change over time accurately.
