🎨 Photo-Poem Concept Sprint

Content Expertise Critical Thinking & Problem Solving Effective Communication Submission Required

Using empathy notes, library source summaries, and Phase 2 problem statements, students study a brief set of mentor examples to identify how composition, symbolism, line breaks, and captioning shape audience understanding. They then complete a rapid ideation cycle to sketch or outline 3 different concepts for a photo-poem, mixed-media portrait, or storytelling piece on index cards or storyboard templates. Each concept must name the intended audience feeling, medium, and evidence source it draws from.
