💡 LA River Action Sprint

Using their field notes, agency research, River LA resources, and problem statements, teams generate at least 8 distinct action ideas on sticky notes for issues such as pollution, runoff, habitat loss, or access. They sort ideas with a desirability-feasibility-impact matrix, then each student gives feedback to 2 peers, receives feedback, and revises their top concept into a labeled concept board with a target audience, agency connection, and one simple community action. Teams finish by selecting one shared direction for the next phase and recording why it best fits user needs and river evidence.
