🧭 Pattern Hunt With Evidence Maps

Using their source logs, annotated maps, and coded notes from earlier phases, students learn a short protocol for spotting repeated claims, missing perspectives, and contradictions across the American Revolution, The Crucible, and Manifest Destiny. The class models one sample evidence cluster, then students mark patterns and anomalies on a shared comparison chart using color codes for claim, evidence, perspective, and hidden motive. Each student records at least one cross-case pattern and one unresolved question in the Truth Trail Investigation Notebook.
