Students convert collected materials into traceable notebook entries by writing concise source summaries, noting corroboration or conflict, and attaching page numbers, image titles, or timestamps. They create one chart or table to organize claims, supporting evidence, conflicting evidence, and unanswered questions. This work becomes the documentation base for the team evidence board.
