Students build the Truth Trail Investigation Notebook using a binder or digital folder with sections for questions, source logs, maps and timelines, seminar notes, captions, and reflections. The teacher models a consistent evidence-entry format with date, source type, claim, evidence, perspective, and reliability notes so records can be reviewed later. Students practice by entering one launch source and adding a simple chart to track what kinds of evidence they have seen so far.
